Fratelli Boffi at the “Rococò & Co” Exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris

The (W)hole sideboard, designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Fratelli Boffi, has been selected for the exhibition “Rococò & Co: From Nicolas Pineau to Cindy Sherman”, taking place at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris from March 12 to May 18, 2025.

Curated by Bénédicte Gady, the exhibition celebrates Nicolas Pineau, a master of Rococo, and explores his lasting influence on decorative arts through 200 works by artists and designers such as Jean Royère, Alessandro Mendini, Vivienne Westwood, and Cindy Sherman. Within this context, (W)hole reinterprets Rococo aesthetics in a contemporary key, blending precious materials, sinuous forms, and a bold interplay of solids and voids. Fratelli Boffi’s participation in the exhibition reaffirms its role in international design, balancing tradition and innovation.
