The building has an antique charm defined by its prestigious history. Over the years, the structure has been well-preserved and renovated to meet international standards. In 2019, the journey to modernize the furnishings began with Fratelli Boffi, evolving in two phases: rooms and suites, and "Le Coup de Soleil" restaurant and lounge. This collaboration aims to produce furniture with a classic design with touches of modernity.

The rooms and the suites maintain a classic and luxurious ambiance with custom furniture such as armchairs and tables. The restaurant and lounge, on the other hand, stand out for their modern character featuring custom-made chairs and seats alongside pieces from the Boffi collections, such as "Plump" seatings (sofa, armchair, and pouf) and "Ink" small cocktail tables.
