Kivu

Crafted from solid wood, Kivu's frame is entirely veneered with an inlay inspired by the black and white striped coat of zebras, created using black-stained carbalho wood and madrona burl. Very geometric and linear in form, Kivu showcases its excellence in the refined inlay work applied to the solid frame using a meticulous "folding" technique that envelops the structure like a box, creating a precise continuity in the design on all sides. Within the frame, a bronzed mirror panel is mounted, harmonizing with the tones of the inlay.
